Public Joint Stock Company ALMAR – Arctic Diamonds, which is developing diamond placers in the North of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), reports the main results of its activities for the first quarter of 2023, including the results of the activities of the subsoil user LLC AGK in its composition.
Exploration work at both license areas was carried out according to production plans, the drafting of a feasibility study (FS) of temporary exploration conditions and a report with the calculation of the mineral resources of the placer diamond deposit of the Beenchimee river was completed, as well as mineralogical study of core samples at the Khatystakh site.
According to the results of the work, the draft of feasibility study of the temporary conditions of the Beenchimee deposit, 433 thousand carats of diamond mineral resources of categories C1 + C2 were calculated and 1.8 million carats of forecast resources of diamonds of categories P1 + P2 were estimated*.
According to the results of the work at the Khatystakh site, the diamond-bearing capacity of the interlayers was confirmed, which allows us to confirm the average reservoir capacity of over 1 meter and the estimate of the forecast resources of diamonds of categories P1 + P2, in the amount of 19 million carats, made earlier.
Financing of operational activities, including exploration of licensed areas and other works, was carried out on schedule.
