Any Russian and foreign companies that are not residents of the Russian Federation can become clients.
Requirements for customers:
- The presence of competence.
- Good business reputation, all customers must be members with a positive reputation of the Responsible jewelry Council (RJC).
- Stable financial position expressed in the positive value of net assets, no debts to tax authorities, property seizures and court proceedings with claims in the amount of more than 30% of the book value of assets of the economic entity at the last reporting date.
- Experience in the sphere of turnover of natural diamonds and products from them for at least 3 years.
- Availability of sufficient solvency to fulfill obligations to pay for purchased diamonds in the form of excess of current assets of current liabilities of the buyer or a bank guarantee.
To become a client of the company it is necessary to send an application and provide documents confirming compliance with all the listed requirements to customers.
Given the seasonality of production, the timing and volume of the proposed sale of rough diamonds will be limited. In this regard ALMAR plans to determine the optimal number of customers and participants of each auction. In order to provide themselves with a guarantee of participation in the auction buyers can conclude an agreement with ALMAR on the intention to organize the supply of diamonds before sales will be started. Under equal conditions, preference will be given to those companies with which such an agreement has been concluded before.
